Claire was a lovely host who quickly got us up to speed with local knowledge. The cottage was beautifully presented and we knew we had landed on our feet after a long drive from Cornwall. A garage/shed outside where we could dry our boots and leave our rods was a particular bonus, not to mention the gentrified town of Thornhill, with a great bakery, bars and well equipped COOP.
